Term 3 has officially come to an inspiring close for Kydis Watts, marking a major milestone in his creative and technical development. Kydis has successfully graduated from Crescendo’s 8-week Te Ara Intermediate Course in Auckland, continuing to refine his studio production, arrangement, and sound design skills.
At the official Crescendo graduation ceremony, Kydis took to the stage to showcase his latest single, "Mr Wizard." Written, composed, and produced entirely by Kydis, the original track was an instant hit with the audience and drew high praise from his tutors, who continue to be blown away by his exceptional talent and work ethic.
Looking ahead to next term, Kydis will step up into Crescendo’s Advanced Music Production Course to further develop his catalog—all while finishing off his final period at Tipene St Stephen’s Boarding School
These major steps are all paving the way for the next big phase of his career: stepping into full-time study at SAE Institute in Parnell next year to complete a Diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production.
